Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 6 November 2026

These terms set out the rules for using Lumara Scroll Tracker. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Lumara Scroll Tracker (the “service”), you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. The service

Lumara Scroll Tracker is a self-tracking tool for recording and reviewing time spent on short-form video platforms. Figures come from what you time or enter; estimates are approximations. Please also read our disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the law where you live, to use the service.

4. Your account

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to access other users’ data or our systems without authorisation; disrupt, overload or probe the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission; use automated means to create accounts or send messages; or use the service for anything unlawful.

6. Your content

The entries and notes you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You can export or delete them at any time.

7. Price

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid features we’ll publish the details on our pricing page and tell you in advance; you won’t be charged without agreeing.

8. Third-party platforms

Platform names are used only to describe what you’re tracking. Lumara is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Snap, Google (YouTube), Pinterest, X or any other platform.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and your data safe, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we plan to shut the service down, we’ll give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the service’s figures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
